Silver Lake, in partnership with the Wharton Undergraduate Private Equity and Venture Capital Club, is excited to host its 2026 Private Equity Case Competition (SL PECC).  SL PECC offers students a platform to explore private equity opportunities by selecting a target company and conducting a buyout analysis. The competition is open to all US and Canada-based undergraduate students with an interest in learning more about private equity investing, and teams can cross-register with undergraduates across multiple schools. Teams should register in groups of 2-4.
