The final round of the competition will  take place at the University of Pennsylvania on Friday, April 17th. Finalists teams who are unable to attend in-person have the option to present virtually, although teams are encouraged to attend in person when possible 

 

Each team will be allotted a 15 minute slot, consisting of a 10-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of Q&A from the judges.

• Value Creation Opportunities

• Investment Risks 

• Proposed Transaction and Projected Returns 

• Key Diligence Areas and Questions
