• Teams should consist of  2-4 students, and may include members from different universities  (in the US or Canada).

• Teams are encouraged to register as soon as possible.

• To be eligible for the competition, each registered team must submit both a two-page executive summary along with all team members’ resumes by Friday, April 3rd at 11:59PM, via the form on the first round submissions page.

• Top teams will be selected to participate in the final round, which will take place on Friday, April 17th, at the University of Pennsylvania. 

• Finalist teams are expected to complete a full LBO analysis of the target company and present their investment thesis to a panel of judges. 

• Buyout Proposal Requirements: Select publicly traded companies with a minimum market cap of $500 million. Both U.S. and international targets are permitted. ​​
